Barge Harbour & Quaysides
Robertsons Barge Harbour is a relatively recent addition to our services, providing berthing for vessels up to approximately 80 feet. Berths are drying and allow for river access, draft and tide dependant, for 1 to 2 hours at the top of each tide for vessels up to 5 ft draft. Barges are moored between piles with access to a linear jetty, illuminated and with metered electrical points along its length.
Water for refilling of tanks is available at the river bank. These berths are subject to high demand and are available for both long-term and temporary/visiting purposes. We are unable to offer full time live-aboard berths at present.
The seaward side of the jetty is made available to smaller, shoal drafted vessels, providing the same facilities when available.
Quay Head
This Quayside is available on application for visiting and for the provision of yard services such as rigging or repairs. The Quay head has craneage facilities via a mobile crane and Scotch Derrick.
