Butterscotch
Butterscotch was delivered to Robertsons as a sail-away hull, ie a vessel with engine and steering gear but little else.
The project required the complete insulation, lining out and fitting-out including the installation of all services such as heating, plumbing and electricals.
The standard of fit out was highly specified and carried out to a high standard, well above the level usually expected of replica dutch barge. The majority of constuction projects such as these are one-off, presenting challenges of design and execution not often experienced in modern boatbuilding.
Butterscotch was handed over in the summer of 2006.
