The Cabin is one of our thoughtfully upcycled container spaces — a bright, 20x8ft room featuring a dedicated desk with sweeping views of the river. A central meeting table comfortably seats six or more, making it ideal for group work or quiet focus. The large sliding glass door invites natural light and fresh air in, creating a calm, connected atmosphere.

This cosy upstairs room features a table, sofa, and desk, making it a flexible space for work or relaxation. With what may be the best view on site, it overlooks the boatyard and stretches across the river to Sutton Hoo — a setting so inspiring, you might never want to work anywhere else.

The Map Room is a compact, private office equipped with a standing desk — ideal for focused solo work or calls. Available for private bookings or included as part of your Sprat Shed membership, it offers a calm, tucked-away space for when you need a little extra quiet.

The Plans Room is another of our repurposed container spaces, offering peaceful views over the river. Inside, you’ll find a dedicated desk and a smaller meeting table that comfortably seats up to four — an ideal setting for focused teamwork or quiet solo work in a unique, light-filled environment.

Bluebell is our one-of-a-kind converted lifeboat, rescued from the water and reimagined as a distinctive office or meeting space. Full of personality and natural light, it’s a truly inspiring spot to work, meet, or simply enjoy a change of pace. Currently unavailable.

The main Sprat Shed building features a well-equipped kitchen stocked with all the essentials. Members can enjoy complimentary tea and coffee throughout the day. With a communal fridge and a relaxed bar area, it’s also perfectly suited for hosting larger events or informal gatherings.
